They should have eligibility for certification as a professional engineer in Canada in a discipline related to the role. If the education has been done outside Canada, then the candidate should provide credentials or proof of Canadian equivalency. The candidate should be eligible to get a secret security clearance. They should have a valid Canadian driver’s licence. At the time of appointment, the candidate should have a valid passport.

Experience needed for this position

The candidate should have engineering experience in the Aeronautical industry. They should have 6 years of Engineering experience that involves aircraft design and development. They should have experience in project management and aircraft dispatch. The candidate should have 10 or more years of aerospace engineering experience. The candidate should have experience helping with aircraft certification programs.
