They will write the reports and Analytics that will help in decision-making. The candidate will promote continuous learning by communicating the initiative and promoting employee engagement activities.

Professional qualifications of the candidate

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration. A combination of education and professional experience can also be considered for this position. The candidate should be eligible to obtain reliability security clearance. They should be proficient in English and the French language. The candidate should be a certified human resources professional or certified training and development professional.

Experience needed for the position

The candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in learning and development or organisational development. They should have experience supporting the leadership development and change management. The candidate should have experience in designing and implementing corporate training programs. They should have experience using learning analytics and performance data to improve the outcomes of the organisation. The candidate should have experience working with learning management systems.
