Amazon Canada Fulfilment Services is looking to hire dedicated candidates for the position of Area Manager II professionals. These are the vacancies for existing and upcoming vacancies. The job location will be across Ontario including Brampton. The selected candidate will get a salary of $75,000 to $105,000 basis. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible to make a team of Associates. They will manage the safety at the department level. They will make sure that the timeline of customer delivery is constantly fulfilled. They will collaborate with different teams at the office like engineering and quality. They will perform physical duties. 

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of full time experience in the Amazon company. The candidate should be flexible to work on night shifts and weekends whenever required. The candidate should have two years of employee and performance management experience at any office. 

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience supervising teams in different departments. They should have experience managing large teams consisting of 50 or more employees. They should have a background in methodology related to process improvement. 

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have good leadership skills. They should have good analytical thinking. They should be able to plan and execute the operations at the office. They should have good communication skills.
