The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or they should have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to lead the team of operations managers and area managers at Amazon. They will initiate the process improvement. They will look after safety and performance. They will make sure that the customers delivery outcomes are good. The candidate will hold the leaders accountable and set the performance expectations. They will collaborate with different teams for getting the operational support. 

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, or they should have two or more years of equivalent experience at different offices. The candidate should be able to manage large operational teams. They should be able to work in a physically demanding environment. They will be working in different warehouse environments. 

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience leading multi-level management teams at different offices. They should have experience with a lean initiative. The candidate should have experience of managing the safety and quality of the product in distribution and Logistics.
