Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should have 6 months of recent experience in a customer service position. They should have experience using Microsoft Office and internet research. 

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have good communication skills in English and French. They should have problem solving skills. The candidate should pay attention to details. They should be good at providing client service.
