Amazon Canada Fulfilment Services ULC is looking to hire a dedicated candidate for the position of Employee Relations Manager for the North American Field Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the hourly wage employees in the larger sites. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or any related field.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible to mitigate any risk at the workplace. They will analyse the feedback of the employees and operational data. They will manage any kind of crisis that arises during work. They will manage the large scale ER projects. The candidate will analyse the data and develop the strategies for success. They will conduct training sessions for the Frontline employees.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Law or any other related field. They should have successfully created large programs. They should be proficient in computers.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have 7 years of experience in labour relations. They should have experience of handling a large work force. They should have experience in operations management. They should be bilingual.

The candidate should have good analytical skills. They should have leadership skills. They should have good communication skills. They should be reliable. They should have good judgment skills. They should be professional. They should be able to collaborate with different teams.
