Professional qualifications of the candidate

To apply for this position, the candidate should have an Honours Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field. The candidate should have a good understanding of forensic biology and DNA. They should be comfortable working with laboratory Quality Assurance and scientific testing methods. The candidate should have experience working with a laboratory management system and a scientific database. The candidate should know how to use modern analytical instruments.

Experience needed for the position
