They should have a valid driver’s licence. The candidate should be able to meet the enhanced security screening requirements. At the time of employment, the candidate should be eligible to work in British Columbia. The candidates who have International education credentials may be required to provide an educational equivalency assessment.

Experience needed for the position

The candidates should have experience with community corrections and probation services. They should have experience in social work and case management. A candidate should have experience with mental health and addiction support. They should have experience with an indigenous justice program. The candidate should have worked in youth for adult rehabilitation services. The candidate should have experience in community outreach.
